LED Status Codes

Most RioRey filter devices use three front panel LED codes to convey the current status of the machine. In rWeb, these status codes are replicated in various place to allow "at a glance" identification of filter devices' operational status.

The RS40 uses a single LED that transitions between colors to display its status. The RS40 equivalent codes are listed in their own column.

The following table details what each status code means:

On	Off	Off	Solid Green	System Normal	No action required.
Blinking	Blinking	Blinking	Fade between Green/Yellow/Red	System Startup	Wait 5 minutes, systems start in hardware bypass mode.
On	On	Off	Solid Yellow	DDoS Attack	You are protected. You can view more information on the mitigation tab of the zone under attack.
On	Blinking	Off	Blinking Yellow	No signal on LAN/WAN/Management Port	Check your cable connections to the filter device.
On	Blinking	Blinking	Blinking between Yellow and Red	No signal on LAN/WAN/Management Port with internal monitoring system fault	Check your cable connections to the filter device, and check the device's status to get more information.
Off	Off	Off	Off	Power Failure	Check power and power cords.
Blinking	Off	Off	Blinking Green	No connection to rWeb	The device is waiting for a connection to rWeb. If you are installing the device for the first time, please follow the install directions that came with your device or find them [here](.
Blinking	Off	Blinking	Blinking between Green and Red	No connection to rWeb with internal monitoring system fault	The device is waiting for a connection to rWeb, and also has an internal alarm.  If you are installing the device for the first time, please follow the install directions that came with your device or find them here. Once there is a connection to rWeb, you will be able to check the device's status to get more information.
On	Off	Blinking	Blinking Red	Internal monitoring system fault	Check the device's status to get more information.
On	Off	On	Solid Red	Hardware or software malfunction	Contact RioRey Support.
